Capture The Vibe was founded by two high school students in Sydney with a simple goal: create photo booth experiences that feel premium, personal and fun.
What started as a school-age idea quickly became a real business built on creativity, energy and attention to detail.
We wanted a booth that looks stylish, feels easy for guests and makes every event feel memorable.

Arrive 60 mins early. Vibes begin.To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable 30% deposit. The rest of the balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your event.
If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, only the deposit is kept. If you cancel 14–30 days before, 50% of the total booking is charged. If you cancel within 14 days, the full amount is due.
You can reschedule once for free if you give at least 14 days notice. Extra reschedules may have a $50 fee. Rescheduled events must happen within 12 months.
We need 60 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack down. Please make sure there is at least a 3m × 3m space and access to standard power.
The client is responsible for any damage caused by guests. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
We may use event photos for promotion unless you tell us not to when booking. Digital photos are usually sent within 5 business days.
If something outside our control happens — like severe weather or emergencies — we will try to reschedule where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

We do not sell your data. We only share limited information with service providers when needed to complete your booking.
We keep booking records for up to 7 years, or as required by Australian law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time where allowed.
